Evelynn Norma Irene Tullis age 3 months passed away on Friday, October 14, 2016 at the Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin. She was born July 10, 2016 in Hendersonville, TN. Evelynn was the daughter of Taylor Michael and Jessica Dawn Blair Tullis. Evelynn was preceded in death by her Paternal Great Grandmother, Norma Jean Tullis. Survivors include her parents Taylor and Jessica Tullis of Gallatin; brother Tavern Joe Tullis of Gallatin; Paternal Grandparents, Terry Joe Tullis and Heidi Ann Campbell of Greenfield, IN; Kristen K. and Justino Vargas Jr. of St. Augustine, FL; Maternal Grandparents, Terry Lee Blair and Chris Pemberton of Larue, OH and Cynthia Lynn and Brett Sanford of Kenton, OH; Paternal Great Grandmother, Lois Esparza of Franklin, TN; Paternal Great Grandfather, William Joe Tullis of Portland, IN; Maternal Great Grandfather, Donald Morrison and Maternal Great Grandmother, Katherine Irene Kitts of Kenton, OH Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 1 PM at the Lord's Sanctuary Church at 734 Red River Road in Gallatin.
