Charles Robert Blair was born April 18, 1956 in Lansing, MI and he passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2017 in the Sumner Regional Medical Center at the age of 61.
Charles was the son of Charles Irwin and Inez Arispe Blair. He was an auto mechanic.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife Jana Moore Blair of Portland and sister, Nelda Gardner of Clarksville; mother-in-law, Betty Moore and sister-in-law, Jeni Moore.
