Obituary of Crystal Carol Fowler
Crystal Carol Fowler, age 36, of Gallatin, passed away on Thursday June 20, 2019 at Portland Medical Center.
She was born on Wednesday December 29, 1982 in Nashville, TN to Tony Raymond and Lori Bailey Hicks.
Crystal was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors Include her husband, Michael Casey Fowler of Gallatin; sons, Christian Taylor Fowler and Cory Shane Fowler both of Gallatin; mother, Lori Hicks of Evensville, TN.
Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Jun 29 from 1:00-2:00 PM at The Lord's Sanctuary Church located at 734 Red River Rd, Gallatin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, Jun 29 from 12:00 to 1:00 PM at The Lord's Sanctuary Church 734 Red River Rd, Gallatin.
