Obituary of David W. Welker

David Wendell Welker was born September 29, 1949 in Galipolis, OH and he passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at his residence in Castalian Springs, TN at the age of 67. David was the son of Thomas Waverly and Helen Margaret Brown Welker. He was a steel factory worker. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Chuck, Louis and Bill Welker. Survivors include his wife, Pamela Jo Welker of Castalian Springs, four daughters, Martha Jones and Rebecca Montgomery both of Dunbar, WV, Carrie Lambert of Buffalo, WV and April McVey of Nitro, WV; two step-sons, Tony Sanzi and Christopher Sanzi both of Hermitage, TN; step-daughter, Leslie Sanzi of Sevierville, TN; brother, Paul Welker of Dunbar, WV; sister, Janet Sue Liberty of St. Albans, WV. 13 grandchildren and 6 step-grandchildren also survive. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2017, 6-8 pm at the Bethpage United Methodist Church in Bethpage. It is located at 3140 Hwy 31 E. in Bethpage.
