Obituary of William Harlon Cline

William Harlon Cline was born May 23, 1942 in Nashville, TN and he passed away on Monday, September 18, 2017 at Portland Medical Center at the age of 75. Harlon was the son of William Elbridge and Helen Butt Cline. He worked for Pirelli Tires and was a member of the Fairfield United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death his parents. Survivors include two sons, William Scott Cline of Nashville and Miles Cline of Gallatin, daughter, Emily Turner of Portland, four brothers, Dickie Cline of Gallatin, Barry Cline of Portland, Bruce Cline of White House and Tony Cline of Miami, FL; three sisters, Jane Fox of Portland, Sondra Newman and Carolyn Taylor of Franklin, KY. Five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren also survive. Memorial services will be on Sunday, October 1, 2017, 2 pm at the Fairfield United Methodist Church located at 909 Fairfield Rd, Westmoreland, TN 37186. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Fairfield Cemetery Fund, 1100 Savannah Ave, Gallatin TN 37066.
