Obituary of Janice Rose Gowen
Janice Rose Tillman Gowen, age 80 of Bethpage, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2019.
Janice was born in Gallatin on June 23, 1939 to the late Houston Tanksley and Rosalie Pruett Tillman. She is preceded in death by her parents, son, James Thomas Williams, Jr. and grandson, J.B. Williams.
She is survived by her sister, Nancy Tillman Mayes of Bethpage, her brother, Scotty Tillman of Westmoreland, and grandson Evan Williams of Roanoke, VA.
Her ashes will be comingled with her beloved son and placed at Sumner Memorial Gardens in Gallatin. Per Janice’s request, no services will be held.
