Obituary of Eric Eugene Golbach
Eric Eugene Golbach, age 53, passed away at home in Hendersonville, TN on Friday, February 1, 2019. He was born January 5, 1966 to Peter Golbach and Sheila Payne in San Francisco, California.
Eric was a singer, front man, producer, founder and president of EEGoes Over Productions. He was a very talented musician and played 7 instruments. He was a member of NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) and was featured on the 2012 Blues Album with Craig Chaquico “Fire Red Moon”, doing the vocals on the original blues song “Bad Woman” track.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie Douglass Golbach of Hendersonville, Tennessee; daughter, Gabrielle Wood of Henderson, Nevada; and step-daughter, Jacy Johnson of Gilbert, Arizona; mother, Sheila Payne-Boolin of Doris, California; half-sister, Tiffany McElhiney of Dunsmuir, California; half- brother, Kris Rejcek of Brazoria, Texas; half-sister, Ericka LaFata of Frisco, Texas; uncle, Leo Payne and wife Sharon of Trenton, Tennessee; aunts, Sheri Payne and Donna Payne of Reno, Nevada; and numerous cousins across the United States.
He was preceded in death by his father, Peter Golbach of Germany.
Eric will be interred in Druids Cemetery, Occidental, California, next to his beloved grandmother.
