Obituary of Donald Max Drake

Donald Max Drake was born March 1, 1931 in Hamden, Ohio and he passed away on September 2, 2018 at Sumner Regional Medical Center at the age of 87. 

Mr. Drake was the son of Julian Bernard and Alyce Roberta Barlow Drake.  He was a door salesman, small business owner, and a Veteran of the US Navy.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Ruth Utterback Drake; four sons, Douglas Drake of White House, TN, David Drake of Baltimore, MD, Brian Drake of Gallatin and Lake Lambert of Hanover, IN; brother, David Wilkerson of PA; three sisters Sally Schneider of Ohio, Myra Holden of PA and Susan Marietta of TN.  Three grandchildren also survive, Andrew Drake of Denver, CO, Bailey and Lake Lambert both of Indiana.

Memorial services will be held on Sat., Sept, 15, 2018 at St. Timothy Lutheran Church located at 650 E Main St. Hendersonville, TN with Pastor Lewis Groce officiating.  The service will begin at 11 AM with a visitation and meal with the family immediately following.
